Re-accessing the Logically Speaking course, because I'm confused about routing

Hi steve, it seems as if I’ve deleted the Logically Speaking Getting Started audio guide from my hard drive. I notice that it says I can access it again at the footer of your emails, but alas that just tells me I’m subscribed, and gives me links to lots of things, but I don’t see the Logically Speaking links anywhere, or even any way I’d find them?
I’m trying to work out how to send some tracks to a bus, but not have them be a send, but be an output, as I want to add Eq and compression. I thought I could easily work this out myself, but it’s frying my brain. I know how to set up sends, but not how to have the bus be an output. I tried creating a track stack, but the LM plugin shortcuts don’t seem to work on the track stack track.

OK, so now I’ve managed to track it down in my cloud drive. But I can’t find any tutorial on sends. My version moves from track 12 to track 14. I think this might be the exact same problem Bruce was having, if I remember rightly.

Three times in one day. What a treat, eh? For some reason LM is now letting me add plugins to the track stack. I am 100% sure I didn’t do anything different.

Are you looking at my email signature to this list, thats just a subscribe link and the same mistake Bruce kept making. The link to download Logically speaking is in the footer of the substack newsletter, not my LogicAccessibility signature.

Bruce had a different issue entirely. Lesson 13 is recording audio. The sends lesson is 24.
I wonder if it got unzipped before it was done downloading or something. I have done a few test downloads and always get the entire course so not sure why you are missing lessons. How many lessons are in the download you got? I also updated the name of lesson 24 to include sends, so if you can try grabbing another copy and let me know how it works.

Much though it pains me to say so, that footer link to subscribing to get the starting courses is one of the false and misleading bits of information Steve still hasn't fixed. Don't keep looking there. If Steve doesn't send you the link that gets you to the right place immediately, or if he doesn't send you the files, please let me know, and I'll send them to you myself.

Oh good. I'm very glad you figured it out, but where is the right footer? I've never found it, and Steve never told me how to find it, either, even after I repeatedly told him the link he repeatedly told me to use repeatedly took me to the subscribing page and even after I (twice?) quoted the wrong footer to him after he insisted the wrong footer was correct. He never told me there was more than one footerf, except to say his recent emails had an updated footer with correct information, but the footer I quoted back to him was the email I was replying to that same day, with the false information.

I am extremely curious to learn where this correct footer is hiding! Also, how did you find it? On your own, or did someone tell you where to look? I sure wish someone had told me, but not even those who are pained to admit I'm right sometimes ever revealed the secret.

It’s in the footer of every email that is sent by the blind Logic Pro mailouts. There was one that got sent out a few days ago about region selection. If you get all the updates about Logic Magician and new video content and post alerts, it’s in the bottom of every one of those emails. I’m assuming you must get them if you’re subscribed to The Blind Logic Pro? Anyway, you have the course at least.
