Hi all.

So I've installed Logic Magician and I have everything all set up. If I load Kontakt 8 and pick Kontakt as a view, and enable the extension and hit ctrl-f, i get a menu. I can search for presets, I get stuff about file, library, disc, CPU, and so on. I get some check boxes. When I say I can search, there's a text field and if I type in rock, for instance, once it reported that there were 38 presets.

What I *can't* do is find the list of presets and move through them and load one. Anybody have any tips? I'm trying to see if i can load some instruments in case I'm not around a KK keyboard. Hopefully that won't happen to often, but it's always nice to have options. I'm clearly missing something or other.

Kontakt 8 is not as accessible as you or I would like. You can load or remove instruments, save .nki files, change view and that’s more the less it. After searching for some sounds you may possibly use VOCR to try to pick one.
It’s convenient to use more now with kontrol S mk3 keyboards, but don’t expect some serious kontakt accessibility before 2040.
Use file menu to load, remove or save instruments and that’s more the less it.
If instrument is NKS compatible, you can always switch to controls view and you’ll see all parameters that are available through KK there.

Yeah. Got a step by step for this? Because I did all of the previous stuff and then ran VOCR on it. I get more stuff on the screen, but I still don't see a list of presets, or how to load them.
