My proposals

Hello all,

I have tweaked my proposals and uploaded the relevant document to the Microsoft group (I still don't have access to the Google one). My proposal 9 is a reworking of 2024 Proposal #11, hence for consideration at our next meeting. Also, I intend to propose amending #7 to say "the universe beyond Earth" in place of "outer space". If anyone has thoughts they'd like to share on any of this before the meeting, shoot me an email.
