The big picture

Dear Friends,

I just want to share with you, that I am still trying to see the big
picture of what the IPTL and the Visionauts and the universe is all
about. But one thing I know already is this: It is about us. And that
is just wonderful.
And below is the Big Picture of the Changemaker Festival.

video out of the surge results, because it is rather private. You can
still see it, if you have the link, but please keep the link among the

I'm sorry, I just read your previous mail. I did not (yet) change anything about the movie. 

Do you really think it's not appropriate for public?

Monsters are only illusions of the mind, often blocking us from putting your talent and love in the world. Playing with them brings more awareness and the possibilities to change them into gifts to the world.

Why not show the world the drivers behind the magic of the art of hosting?

Or makes it us vulnerable?

Dear Guido,

first of all sorry for thanking you for something you had not done. I could not find the video right away anymore, that is why I thanked you for hiding it.

And thanks for you offer to password protect the video. Yes, please do so. I am sorry, that your work does not get so much publicity that way, but it makes Jutta and me feel a lot better and perhaps some others, too. When Jutta said right there in Jerna, that she does not want the monsters to be available online, there were no objections to that proposal. In contrary I saw quite a few heads nodding with approval. 

As I wrote to you earlier the video is made in a beautiful and very respectful way. I also agree with you that playing with the monsters is a wonderful way to diminish them and I do not oppose to letting the public know about this method. But this day was not only about the method, it was about us, revealing very privat issues and weaknesses. You can see clearly who feels "not good enough" or who thinks of him or her as an "outsider". I do not think that it is good advertising for us to show our deepest wounds in public.

Please do not get discouraged by this and keep up your GREAT work!!!
