Dear all,

i got an update from Pieter on the bookings. It is attached. We have
62 bookings so far. There should be more!
The program is designed for 100 people. It will feel a bit empty with
less then two thirds. And also financially this will be difficult.
So please bring on so some more.

So far here are there are:
12 from the UK
11 from Austria
11 from Germany
8 from Sweden
5 from the US
5 from the Netherlands
4 from Hungery
3 from Swizerland
2 from Italy

I know that is a question of money but lets make an afford to get some
more people from the south and east of Europe. We agreed to offer 10
places for a reduced price. It would be a pity if they are not used.

Perhaps we should open the event for everybody and advertise it on the
social media. What do you think?

Absolutely agreed and with your permission I already started advertising the event in some Facebook groups.

It would be a pity if we would be substantially less people that we were planning.

None of the people who we invited is able to come to the ChangeMaker Festival. Most important reason is that the summer holidays in the largest part of Holland starts right after the CMF. And therefore people have other obligations.

I feel very strongly that the time to open up to a bigger list is NOW. It was a great idea to keep a restricted invite pool - but if we haven't already hit that list then we missed the opportunity. 

The festival begins one week tomorrow.

Post publicly, send to your lists, open it up.

I think Kim's right, no matter what the right people will come. But now's our chance to get them there.
