2. If you're arriving before Saturday 6/29, fill out your early arrival details so we know who is coming to help when!

3. @Day Hosts: The Space/Beauty/Magic committee has made this wonderful space/time matrix. You don't have to fill it out before you arrive, but it hopefully it will give you some more ideas how to prepare and what is available in terms of both space & materials. To be clear: You don't need to overload master schedule with list of all activities, but you should be prepared with enough activities that serve the purpose of the day. We're trusting the Day Hosts to know what they do to be fully prepared to facilitate your portion of the festival.

4. Send out any last minute invites! (See attached pdf - you can simply forward it on to anyone you think might be interested.)

Please direct yourselves to Järna, Yerma does not exist! Takes about 1 hour, and is probably rather expensive. There is also trains and busses, but local busses are on strike.
