Congratulations to all that participated in the biathlon today! Let us k ow how it was to have the run on the boardwalk instead of the beach.

We had a great swim with mostly clean water, some seaweed popped up on Grand and at the Wash jetty. Thirteen swimmers today. Should be similar conditions for Sunday.

Awesome running the boardwalk. Beach transition was a nice little break before the swim. Anyone who used to do the race, or is thinking about doing it again, should definitely do it next year. Feet and calves aren’t killing me now like they did for the past 24 years doing that race!
