How To Save Multiple Contacts in Excel to your phone

Please I need help with saving phone numbers on an excel sheet to my phone. Anyone who can help out with a solution?

You can use Google contacts. Format your excel sheet into a Google contacts csv format (sample attached) and then import it into your Google contacts account. You can then login to your Android phone with that same Google account and sync your contacts to the phone, or if not Android, export the contacts as vCard which can be used on ioS.
