Drivers repo

Should we go ahead and recreate the lantz_drivers repo so we can start
working out how to best put the drivers together?

I am not sure about this. From my point of view there are still a large
number of point to discuss (such as the exact implementation of the
feature, the use of protocoles (will open a new issue for this one)).
However one thing on which we can start to work is the drivers
organizations. We can do it in Labpy-discussion but I agree it would
make sense to do it in lantz-drivers and use the wiki perhaps to gather
our thoughts.

So I would say feel free to re-create the repo and start the
discussions/wiki.

I think that it would great to start the discussion about the instrument types. This can be done in the lantz-drives
