Knop 2017.1b1 released

I am pleased to announce the release of Knop 2017.1b1.

The major features in this version include:
- Compatibility with Lasso 9.3
- Record locking
- Improvements to the Knop demo

This is a beta release.

Versions of Lasso before 9.3 are no longer supported. Code in
the repository for earlier versions will be removed from the
master branch at a future time, but shall be retained on other branches.
