Not able to access admin Panel after Setting Frontend URL

Running a Docker-Compose container with Postgres

Had a Frontend url in the composefile http://keycloak.my-domin.tld/auth

I set my Frontend URL in the RealmSetting but forgot the /auth.

This now results in me not getting to the admin panel any longer as I only get a page saying:

{{notification.header}} {{notification.message}}

Loading

setting the KEYCLOAK_FRONTEND_URL: to the set URL in the Settings does not change anyhting. I cant access my admin Panel any more.

Is there a sollution for this problem?
