weird issue creating a new SAML client in Keycloak 19.0.1

Im tying to create a SAML client in Keycloak 19.0.1 by importing an
XML file but there is an issue I get an error "Could not Import
client:Unknown_Error"
it occurred to me that the Resource file field says "Upload a JSON
file" underneath it and im wondering if its choking on the XML.
keep in mind the is SAML not OpenID so XLM is the normal file format
for these imports

yea i was looking at the bug list with Keycloak 19 there seems to be a
lot of them related to SAML,i only updated earlier this week so i've
rolled back to 18 for now.
