Replace default keycloak page with React SPA page

Is it possible to replace the default Keycloak login page with React SPA page?

I found this but I can't find information how to use it:

Yes, it is possible to replace any Keycloak theme with an SPA.

You can see how we did it with the V2 versions of account console and admin console.  These projects look a little convoluted, but basically, you just use the index.ftl to kick off your SPA.
