`Framework :: Jupyter` now available on PyPI.

Hi all,

The `Framework :: Jupyter` Trove classifier is now available on PyPI.
if you have a package that works with Jupyter you should be able to
tag your next release with this classifier.

Thanks to the PyPI maintainers who made this possible.
