TypeError: Cannot read property 'insertAdjacentHTML' of null when running the jspsych-form plugin

Hi all,

I wanted to use the jspsych-form plugin for a coming project and I was testing it out using the example file for this specific plugin that is provided on Github. However I keep getting the error Cannot read property 'insertAdjacentHTML' of null when running, and it points to some section in the original plugin code. I'm unsure how to solve this problem and would like to ask if anyone has successfully used the jspsych-form plugin without receiving that error?

The form plugin is still getting a round of debugging. If you are trying to use it I recommend trying the most recent version of the code if you aren't already. If that's still not working, please report the issue on GitHub so that we can get a bug fix into the development queue. Thanks!

Both the example and the plugin code I used are from the most recent version on GitHub. I will go ahead and report the issue then. Thank you.
