Attached is the Ops Tracking document, which we are planning to use moving forward to track and plan for unit member IDT, IDTT, AT and ADT time.
Admin will begin to draw from this document on a monthly basis to request muster sheets from the NOSC. We will do this at the end of each month for the coming month. (E.g. we will pull the information for Dec drills on Nov 27 and so on…)
For November, we need you to find out from your department members what their drills plans are for the all-hands drill weekend and any other dates they plan to drill this month. Once you have that information, please enter it into the attached spreadsheet.
Moving forward, we plan to ask Dept Heads or their designated rep to keep this spreadsheet updated on the portal in real time or as close to that as we can practically get. That said, we understand many do not yet have access to the portal so feel free to send your inputs back to me and LT Thiem and we will update the information for you.
As you’ll see, information for most of the unit is already entered in the document. Please verify the information is correct or make any necessary changes so we can request muster sheets from NOSC Norfolk. We would like this information today if possible,
tomorrow at the latest.
Also, I would like to know what NOSC each member is administratively assigned to. If a member is cross assigned into JPASE, they will be attached to a NOSC other than Norfolk. I plan to add that information to the recall bill for clarity so please send
that along when you can.
