Adoption request pipeline-as-yaml-plugin

Hi,

pipeline-as-yaml-plugin doesn't have any active maintainer. The plugin now doesn't work with recent Jenkins version (mainly due to SnakeYAML migration).

I'm not a user of the plugin but I volunteer to adopt it and keep it in minimal working state.
