Hi everyone,

The extension indexer used to generate a giant wiki page listing all extension points and their implementations[1]. It hasn't updated that page in about a year due to changes in infra, and we're not big fans of programmatic wiki access anymore anyway. So I adapted it to output Asciidoc instead, and it's now part of the jenkins.io developer documentation[2], split into separate pages based on the component (core or plugin) defining the extension point, and linking to extension point Javadoc.

Bugs should be reported to the INFRA project in Jira, component 'extension-indexer'.

Thanks for doing it!
As always, there is some polishing which could be done, but it is a good step forward anyway.

To clarify, feature and improvement requests should of course also be filed in Jira.
