Log Parser Plugin

Hello,

I've been working on this ticket JENKINS-27208 [1], "Make Log Parser
Plugin compatible with Workflow".

The latest release of this plugin was on 5 Dec 2010. I don't know if
the official maintainer (John) is active here.

I'd like to merge the PR related to this ticket. I also want to
continue here https://github.com/jenkinsci/log-parser-plugin/pull/9

There is a huge number of pending fixes in the master branch => +1 for the release.
BTW, somebody should monitor the issues for a while after the release.
