Request hosting for GCloud sdk plugin

Hi,

I would like to host a new Jenkins plugin at Jenkins-ci. The plugin allows users to use credential from jenkins credentials manager (google oauth cred) and add a build step that invokes the google cloud sdk cli.

Please tell us your jenkins-ci.org (wiki, Jira) user name so we can create an issue tracker component for you.

Remember to add a wiki page for your plugin and reference it in your plugin's pom before you release your plugin.

FWIW, I would really prefer if the repo wasn't called
"gcloud-sdk-plugin", as there are a lot of different products out there
called "gcloud".

Like all the other Google-related plugins, it would nice to use the more
descriptive and unambiguous "google-cloud-sdk-plugin".

I was working on a very comparable GCloud SDK plugin, so created https://github.com/jenkinsci/gcloud-sdk-plugin/pull/1 as a merger proposal

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UK_Government_G-Cloud appears to be fairly popular. Of course its relevance is only regional, but it doesn't really cost us anything to rename the plugin.

Also a search on "gcloud" on Google actually returns GCloud Backup as the top search result so I agree that GCloud could be confusing as there might be a use-case that included backing up artifacts to the backup version of GCloud.

Google also uses the gcloud on their documentation and virtual dirs.

Quoting "gcloud command-line tool (installed together with Google Cloud SDK) can be used to manage both your development workflow and your Google Cloud Platform resources."

I have no problem in renaming it.
