Pull request on Build Metrics Plugin

Hi!

I've made this pull request a 6 weeks ago to fix a bug in Build Metrics Plugin. It has been reviewed by 2 fellow coworkers a few weeks ago (I work at Cloudbees) but I haven't heard back from the maintainer and it's not merged yet.

I'd like to move the wheel forward and get this PR merged. I'd be happy to take over the maintainer-ship of this plugin if need be.

I think it's safe to make you maintainer given no other activity for four years now.

What's your jenkins-ci.org user name (for JIRA)?
