Deprecated plugin: otabuilder

Hi all,

One of the plugin in the update centre was unable to be downloaded from:
http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/otabuilder/
I suspect a problem with the release using ruby.

Unless someone has a better idea, I have taken the initiative to label
the plugin as deprecated in the wiki page:
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Over-the-Air+Ad+Hoc+Deployment+Plugin+For+iOS

If anyone is interested, the latest sources are at:
https://github.com/jeslyvarghese/otabuilder-plugin
(The maintainer has said that he does not maintain the plugin anymore,
since the support for underlying development tool-chain have been
discontinued.
Sources at https://github.com/jenkinsci/ios-otabuilder-plugin are
currently 2 years behind the latest sources.)

Just needs a new plugin release to fix. Marking it for removal is probably a useful workaround in the meantime.
