Hi there,

I'm attempting to set up a mirror of the Jenkins RHEL repo for offline use, however get.jenkins.io is redirecting requests for some rpm's to mirrors that do not have them.

It looks like the mirrors are only retaining the most recent year of packages, e.g. http://ftp-nyc.osuosl.org/pub/jenkins/redhat-stable/jenkins-2.89.4-1.1.noarch.rpm is absent.

I'm flagging this as I'm assuming this isn't intended behaviour - I don't strictly need the older versions, but 'reposync' cannot cope with packages that are present in metadata but missing from the upstream repo.

Is there a source I can use to download the missing packages manually?

Hi Adam,

Thank you for taking the time to explain your issue.

You are right, at the moment, no mirror from get.jenkins.io contains every artifact.

The only mirror containing every artifact is https://archives.jenkins.io, but because it doesn't have an FTP server or RSYNC server, we can't add it to the pool of mirror on get.jenkins.io.

I opened INFRA-2961 to keep track of that work.

Cheers

Hi Adam,

Just to share that I finished INFRA-2961, so get.jenkins.io is able to give you every package.

Cheers
