Dear Residents
History is true, but could be rewritten. The first COM with Late Shri Vittal was
Short lived. An Emergency meeting was called for and Mrs. Bhavani Kailasam
took over and I became the Secretary. Bye laws drafted approved and JARA Registered and that year front well deepened.
Then Shri Govindan became president and I continued as Secretary.
Two years passed on with issues of residents forming and taking sides.
We left.
From 2004 to 2012 I was away to United States eight times from April to September
In 2013 I became a block member and it was commented I offered my self and there was no sponsor by a letter on a latter date.
In 2014 to prevent me my neighbour was coaxed to file a nomination.
I volunteered out.
I pointed out procedural lapses in accounts reporting, as well emissions from STP. These issues are dealt every year in spite of the fact contractor suggested a stack approved by COM but VETOED.
When all efforts failed I said please attend otherwise I may have to report to authorities. Setting off expenses to Receipts is also an accepted practice.
When reported repercussions follow and I wanted to clear that Liability would be on COM.
It brought in ENMASS resignation, and even now I stand to my point. Lost
COM proposed to study STP by three acceptable persons, and when I referred it was told General Body has not accepted this proposal even without proposing.
I was duped, and in spite of the fact that I do not questing the figures but questioned the methodology there was fury.
If COM is sure of TDS and methodology why should they be afraid of a reference to Chartered Accountants Association.
Regarding STP also instead of convincing me with facts I was threatened with
Liability if TNPCB questions COM
My efforts were blocked when I was a block member and they do not want me.
I suggested appointment of Association Management Manager who would take care of daily routines, answer calls etc and committee be advisory.
The situation is we do not want you your suggestions and fight for perfection but understand the sword liability is hanging over your head.
Patience is now for ever. One day it burst.
I left last year when election was discussed since I was not wanted, this year too I would get out. Once bitten twice shy.
I await AGM as the lost chance, but I I fail to persuade COM FOR PERFECTION AND APARTMENT MANAGER, I will forget JARA and leave to Destiny.
There is a huge liability on TDS interest calculated at one and a half percent a day, apart from fines, as well opening up past years. I tried to convince with all
Data from auditors and what is happening elsewhere.
If you are rich please pay but exclude 89 and 103 our houses.
TNPCB once in we do not know what all would be the expenditure.
My last straw of argument is reserved for AGM.
Regarding painting just a pep talk to his project manager got a reduction of
3.5 lakhs.
Did we analyse why people are not forth coming.
No responsibility is given to block members.
Most procedures are oral.
Power concentrates but cannot say with whom.
Even with appointment of apartment manager I do not think people already, but along with one trusted friend I have been talking to various residents
And every one say accepting is meaningless in present situation.
Even if you ask for responsibility it is not given and they want pease.
Let destiny decide

Dear Mr. Seshadri,
There is no point in sending the mails continuously on this subject. It is whole heartedly accepted that you are the most perfect human in this Jaihind Apartment. The entire previous COM is totally useless and highly imperfect with NO knowledge of running the COM.
That is why you must come forward to be a President and choose your own team who can support your perfection and write a new history. No one is preventing it. As it was already informed many times, people tried to do the best to their knowledge and abilities and can not do anything in more perfect way as you feel, what is the point in trying to accuse them again and again? It is simply beating the dead snake. The outgoing COM has conveyed in the last two years also that they did not want to continue. NO one came forward to accept the responsibility and the COM was forced to continue. Since you quit half way before election, you were not aware of the same.
It was already concluded that the present COM is not going to continue come what may, and new team will be elected and you please be a part of it and regularise everything to a perfect level. Who denied?
Let us not initiate e-mail war once again by individual mails.
