Hi!
Some samples, 18f26k42_serial_hardware* and 18f47q43_serial_hardware include a line like
pragma target MVECEN DISABLED -- Important! Do no use multi vectored interrupts
Could this line be added to the blink samples of the appropriate chips? Jal can't and probably never will be able to use multi vectored interrupts, therefore that definition can only help and never harm.

Hi Oliver,
As I mentioned yesterday I have a lot of blink samples to upload. Changes are:
-) MVECEN DISABLED
-) JTAGEN DISABLED
The later is new for some PICs. If you do not disable JTAG (default is ENABLED) some I/O pins do not function as I/O pins.
My Python script counted 48 blink samples to be uploaded ... exactly the number you mentioned
🙂.
I will update after the release unless people want it in this release.
