I am using an editor that uses the mouse for various things. In some instances I keep getting a popup from iTerm2 that says, “Looks like mouse reporting was left on when an ssh session ended unexpectedly or an app misbehaved. Turn it off?”

The editor is working fine and hasn’t misbehaved. When I click on “More actions…” and select “Never”, I would expect not to see that popup again. Instead, I see it on every mouse click. How can I stop this behavior?

Are you on the beta? If so get the current nightly build and it should stop doing it. Not sure why Never isn’t working for you. I’ll take a look.

Grabbed a nightly build and now the message doesn’t appear. Thanks! (The editor in question is the newly-revived and much expanded RAND editor, first written in 1973, the first full-screen editor for UNIX.)
