[PATCH] meta: Set valid maintainer in recipes used in CI

In 712a6247 a quality check was introduced to ensure the recipes have a
valid maintainer. This patch adds the missing maintainer fields that
trigger warnings in fast and full CI.

Thanks.

Does the CI have a mode to break on warnings? While the missing
maintainer is probably just an annoyance, there are more serious
warnings which we apparently would miss as well.

I don't know any quick way to do that. Also I notice the warnings from
bitbake are not recognized as warnings by avocado:
