UNFORTUNATELY A BIG LIAR SITTING ON HIGHEST SEAT OF OUR INSTTUTE- WHAT A TRAGEDY

Plz find trailing mail of a person ( a Big liar) who earlier proved as a manupulator in wasting more than *FOURTY LACS* of rupees  of hard earned money of members in name of court cases which was already sorted out in regulation 2017 &  now giving character certificate to contestants & asked support for his supported WEAKEST STRONG TEAM PANEL.

Although other Contestant are bold enough to give him suitable reply. Regarding allegations against, now members must understand that how this person sitting on higest position of our institute defame our institute as well as me in name of Delhi Account quoting same as hidden accounts. 

I am attaching Ist & 2nd page of Account Statement showing credit amount of Rs 1,00,000/- vide Chq No 8301060 dt 05/10/2009   & amount Rs.1,50,000/- vide Chq no  856398  dt 07/11/09 which was handed over by IIISLA Head office to IIISLA Zonal Council & all this expenses very well shown in IIISLA balance Sheet of year 2009-10 which is quoted by this liar as Hidden account.

Now members can very well understand that how these liars were busy in tarnishing my image and other colleagues by fake allegations.

Friends, this account no  06860100007727 was opened on 01/10/2009 with due permission of then Ist Council to run North Zone & with this more than 42 seminar was conducted by North Zone & its Chapter which is matter of record & 95% payment has made through cheques to concerned vendors but some culprits of profession tried to defame IIISLA by quoting said account as undisclosed account whereas in year of 2009-2015 maximum members attended  training programmes which was managed through this account only.

Now members should be ready to give a suitable reply to these liars & remove them from IIISLA Council for clean image of IIISLA in the eyes of regulators.

I am also attaching copy of Balance Sheet upto year  2010- 2015 in which all the expenses through this accounts will be reflecting as Training & Seminar Expenses which is reply to those who alledged about  transactions amounts to 58 lakhs rupees

They are having zeal , potential and  positive APPROACH  in real sense

Dear Sirs

We , common surveyors donot know who are the liars. But one thing is sure that  big loot of our hard earned money is going on. IIiSLA membership is mandatory with payment of huge money. No escape route. And this accumulated money has become a minting machine for some of the other brothers. Almost no benefit of fraternity is taken care of by any one. Only hollow promises by one and all.

Now elections are round the corners. Every contensent is trying to prove to be a great well wisher of surveyors and blaming other contensents. But it is a fight to take control of ours hard earned money. Very sorry state of affairs.

MAY GOD GIVE WISDOM AND HONESTY TO OUR LEADERS

1.Why the North Zone is not written in the account? If it was zonal account.

2. Why the signatories were not changed when you and others were no more the zonal officers?

3. In what authority you remained account signatory without holding any post in IIISLA and even transacted the funds?

4. Why this account was not closed when ‘all accounts to be closed’ directions to were given by CC?

5. Whom was this account given for audit. And where the cash balance were reflected?

6. How bearer cheques are issued to various parties and why?

The fact remains that you maintained this  account without revealing it to members to collect the money from public and spend at will formpersonal  benefits.

Aprt from this you have given personal qualification of your group, but you have not made it for Mr Ashok Kumar. Is it because his qualification is under suspicion. His degree shows the years and college which was derecognised in those years. If you are not given these details of Mr Ashok Degree, I can flash the photocopy of his qualification. Would you show zeal to investigate his qualification?

Dear members ,

Similar message was posted by Lalit Gupta in the last CC election [2019] also which was replied by me with details and he was rejected in the last election by members ,still he is trying to sell the same stories to members assuming members are fools.

He is talking about Aurangabad HC case where Harmful clauses like No Survey Limit and educational Qualifications criteria regulations 2015 was challenged and myself with Aurangabad surveyors fought that case, Although  neither I was a petitioner in that WP nor sufferer of the educational qualification BUT in the interest of the fraternity / colleagues , I have taken efforts with the intention that Diploma Holders should not lose Their licence in Fire and Marine deptt , members very well knows the outcome of the WP  and those claiming that amendment in 2017 had resolved this problem is wandering in fools paradise because diploma holders faced problems for fire and marine addition when applied for modification this fact may be confirmed by many diploma holders who faced this difficulty as I had been receiving calls from such members which confirms 2017 amendment was for one single renewal [ transitory provision only and not relaxation in educational criteria as laid down in  regulation 2015 section 27 ] . Interestingly I was not holding any chair in CC or CC member to approve and  make payments to legal expenses in  this case, The Then CC  mainly Shivprakash , Tanmoy Sarkar And Naishad  Desai  approved and made these payments More over Mr Shiv prakash and Tanmoy Sarkar Visited  many times to Aurangabad in this connection , Now as per the contention of   Lalit Gupta there had been  manipulation of hard earned money of members in this case ,  He is thereby confirming and declaring  that  Shiv prakash , Tanmy Sarkar and Naishad are the manipulators While Naishad was in his panel in  last election and Mr shiv Prakash is in his panel in both the elections 2019 and 2021 knowingly  they are manipulators  ., this he  must clarify to members .

Members are wise enough to Identify WHO is in a habit of making False propaganda , those who are making false propaganda and those WHO  are fighting for the fraternity selflessly and members will definitely show  maturity this time also to keep double standard culprits away from the CC.

Such False allegations will never  prevent us from working in  the interest of the Institute and fraternity , we are always with the members as members are always with us we assure we will not betray them come whatever threatenings and hurdles .

Note  : proper legal  actions  against  LG for his wrong doings  are under process As law and order processes take its own  time BUT fraternity will get justice definitely .

I agree with Sh Parmod Mittal. IIISLA was constituted to give helping hand to surveyors. To discuss hardships of surveyors with irdai to get an amicable solution. In fact to act as fresh oxygen for the already ailing surveyors fraternity.

But the reverse is happening in the last few years. IIISLA is putting shackles in the hands and legs of independent surveyors but not even a single check on contract surveyors, EOI and NSL

Leaders pl wake up , be united  and do something positive and concrete for the surveyors.

Otherwise especially motor surveyors will become a endangered species.

Moreover IIISLA is a body of surveyors.it is expected to extend helping hand to its members, and to remove the hardship of members.  But right from the day one they are working as regulatory body and we are to face two regulatory bodies: IRDA and IIISLA.

I am attaching Ist & 2nd page of Account Statement showing credit amount of Rs 1,00,000/- vide Chq No 8301060 dt 05/10/2009   & amount Rs.1,50,000/- vide Chq no  856398  dt 07/11/09 which was handed over by IIISLA Head office to IIISLA Zonal Council & all this expenses very well shown in IIISLA balance Sheet of year 2009-10 which is quoted by this liar as Hidden account.

 

Now members can very well understand that how these liars were busy in tarnishing my image and other colleagues by fake allegations.

 

Friends, this account no  06860100007727 was opened on 01/10/2009 with due permission of then Ist Council to run North Zone & with this more than 42 seminar was conducted by North Zone & its Chapter which is matter of record & 95% payment has made through cheques to concerned vendors but some culprits of profession tried to defame IIISLA by quoting said account as undisclosed account whereas in year of 2009-2015 maximum members attended  training programmes which was managed through this account only.

 

Now members should be ready to give a suitable reply to these liars & remove them from IIISLA Council for clean image of IIISLA in the eyes of regulators.

 

I am also attaching copy of Balance Sheet upto year  2010- 2015 in which all the expenses through this accounts will be reflecting as Training & Seminar Expenses which is reply to those who alledged about  transactions amounts to 58 lakhs rupees

E Voting dates for 12 th CC elections are coming closer and members are receiving messages / posts /photo galleries of the contestants and their TEAM appealing to vote for them .

There are mainly three teams as of now and others are claiming to be independent ( Who may eventually form a TEAM will be calling it as a team of independent candidates).

One team is  a POSITIVE TEAM , while you go through their  past   posts /messages and responses in social media you will find nothing positive there , rather they have very negative approach towards all issues, and were holding posts in chapter,zonal and CC  and even simultaneously in both Councils in our same Institute like Mr DD chapter chairman of NE Chapter for seven yrs and CC member for One and half years, Manoj Bhargav , Chapter chairman of Rajasthan for seven years and CC member for one and half year, Mr Naishad Desai ,Zonal council member  for seven yrs and CC for three years, now what you will expect from such candidates who already had been enjoying lot of opportunity to serve the fraternity but failed miserably.

 

Another TEAM DEDICATED 4 , consists three ex presidents and one ex treasurer of IIISLA (they were contestants in last elections also and badly rejected by the members ) among them SP lodged a Police complain against LG in Hyderabad police station for Hidden account operated by LG even when  he was not holding any post/ authority in IIISLA and withdrawn last penny from that DELHI account ( TOTAL transactions in that account amounts to 58 lakhs rupees).

They are having zeal , potential and  positive APPROACH  in real sense 
   , hence  will be my Choice of candidates for IIISLA  12th CC elections .
