The whole world uses my Image Resource of more than a thousand species & eight thousand images of Birds, Butterflies, Plants etc. (arranged alphabetically & place-wise). You can also use them for free as per Creative Commons license attached with each image.

Sir, please don't use undiffused flash as it sometimes bleaches the main characters.
It's better to photograph mushrooms in natural light or well diffused flashlight.
Or you should use least flash exp.comp.

Sir, there is no fungus with Psathyrella lacrimabunda name this time.
P.Lacrymabunda is Lacrymaria lacrimabunda now.
Lacrymaria has a wooly pileus and inequihymeniferous lamellae, which your specimen don't have.
So, it's somewhere in Psathyrella candolleana group.
