I feel it can be Duhaldea eupatorioides (Wall. ex DC.) Anderb. as per keys and details at Duhaldea cuspidata vs Duhaldea cappa vs Duhaldea eupatorioides
Also see POWO and GBIF specimens (one, two and three).
