Sir, I think, it has been correctly identified by Dr. G.S. Goraya Ji.
While going through Flora of Lahul Spiti by Dr. Aswal, all
characteristics matches with this species.
Three species, i.e., R. saxatilis (Herbaceous), R. irritans and R.
foliolosus, have been reported from that area.
Although the flowers are not present in the attached Images, they show
rambling habit and recurved prickles extending to petioles and
inflorescence/infructescence. R. irritans has suberect branches and
straight prickles.

One thing I do not understand is POWO, GBIF and Col has put Rubus foliolosus D. Don as
Syn. of Rubus niveus Thunb. POWOGBIF CoL . Sp. looks matching to Rubus foliolosus D. Don.
