Garg ji, it is the same plant. The photographs in the link to efi were also clicked by me. The difference is only in the time of the year. More foliage and no flowers are there in August. More flowers and a few leaves were present in April. These plants along with Astilbe japonica were imported by Sh. Kuldeep Butail ji and we're planted at Jakhoo Hanuman ji Temple. I have planted American Sycamore (Platanus occidentalis) this year in the temple premises. Butail ji has planted many rare and imported conifers in the temple premises.

Agapanthus africanus is flowering in the background.
