Wild Plant for ID : Patni Top : 131112 : AK-3

A small wild plant found growing by the roadside on 5/9/2011 at Patni Top, on the Jammu-Srinagar Highway.

Tiny purple flowers on the plant.

Id please.

... looks like some species of Dicliptera (family: Acanthaceae)

On further examination and discussions at thread: Dicliptera bupleuroides Nees (accepted name) ??? , I feel it should be Dicliptera riparia Nees (syn: Dicliptera roxburghiana var. riparia (Nees) Benoist) as per distribution, specimens and references herein.

This is D.chinensis as per details at Dicliptera roxburghiana and Dicliptera roxburghiana var. bupleuroides
