Meeting minutes:
Attendees: Ashish, JayaPrakash, Neeraj, rajnish, Sarada,and Uday
Decisions and discussions were taken related to the upcoming Bio-computation workshop:
1. Event will be live streamed in campus.JP to sent link to Uday which will be broadcasted together with the complete event schedule (by Uday and rimjhim).

2. Lunch for outside participants (20 tiffin packs from nesra, includes extras) (by Sarada and rajnish)

3. Certificate and receipt (Neeraj))

4. registration desk - time 8:15 am opening (rimjhim and uday will be co-ordinating this)

5. Speaker introduction - rajnish

6. Event introduction - Uday

7. Everybody unanimously decided to make this event go on perfectly on time as in schedule with no delaying (registration, tea/lunch breaks, start/end).

dear neeraj,

one small correction.
we are not going to live telecast as we discussed in the meeting since number of attendees will become low if we do so.
At registration desk: we need all people to come at the venue@8:30Am tomorrow so that i can keep the people at registration desk.
