Last year most of the attendees were young (under 30) and they might
well fit into a "hacker" category :-) But I guess that in the huge
number of attendees there was a good selection of people for most
devrooms. Judging by the questions from the audience there were people
that understood the topic quite well. I attended Java devroom, security
and a couple more. The quality varied, but overall it was a good event.
The talks in the security devroom were mostly about two factor
authentication and crypto and stuff like that:

Identity devroom was missing. I think that it should be there.
I do not expect any direct business benefit here. But it will definitely
help to spread the word about our projects. It might attract users and
maybe even some contributors.
