"Just a quick feedback, in our SmartPOS project we had performance and management issues with activemq, that is why we moved to RabbitMQ, but the integration techniques are similar at the end of the day....ERP side (model validators, and a JMS (activemq) / AMQP (RabbitMQ) listeners ..  and a active/RabbitMQ client API used by the client side (POS or other application sending/receiving messages)

red1 did a well documented integration some time ago. You will find his
pdf here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/red1/files/ADempiere%20PDFs/
In the same filespace is a source zip. May be this is outdated but helps
you either.

Hi Thomas, thanks for ur suggestions. I created posintegration plugin in idempiere. Then pack in also. once i export products from idempiere to activemq5.3.0 its not connected. How to connect or establish the connection from idempiere to activemq5.3.0?

I would also like to test the POS from red1.

Unfortunately I can not find the source code in the sourceforge.

Is there a bitbucket repository for it, as for the idempiere source?

My question is not about installing it. I have installed the plugin, but I would like to see the source code of the POS to see if it is possible to factor out the activemq code. I would like to try to make possible to switch from activemq to rabbitmq or something else.
