It's not clear what radical changes are predicted here.  Can someone explain?

I would observe, however, that as a subscriber to Walt Disney's Comics and Stories, the illustration shown atop this web page looks remarkably like Duckburg.

It may just be that Spectrum made a muddle of things, they are good at fluffy articles.
