Well that explains – I am usually running 48kHzIF@BW.
True is that HL2 filters on the virtual LO so once it gets out of configured band, filters go away as per config.
Good rule is to select HPF for Others, (you need to turn off if you listen to LW/MW) but HPF is good for overall general coverage above 2MHz and it reoves (at night mainly) unwanted LW/MW strong broadcast stations.
Good job for letting us know what was the root cause.

Subject: Re: HL2 AND SDR CONSOLE 30M FILTER
I solved this. I had the bandwidth selected at 196khz. Moving it to any other selection made the filter work correctly.

Hi
as probably mentioned fiters (I am hoping the N2ADR) BPF board supplied with the HL2 current build, is set up in a way that BPF are quite wide....so:
20m/30m shares the same.
First of all, flter 6 - is HPF, so it is cut off for everythig bellow 2MHz. It is alway active, apart fro m160m and LW/MW/660m
2nd. Filter 3 can do both 20m and 30m.
Check that the n2adr preset is as follows. Relay clicking should be audible when you select / deselect [X] Enable filter booard....

Hi,
New to the group and first post.
When selecting 30m, there is no audible relay click and the filter display just shows ---------. On tx'ing on 30 the filter selection shows 3 and 6.
On the n2adr setup page of sdr console, i have 3 and 6 selected.
Can anyone with sdr console confirm this is a bug, or am i overlooking a setting somewhere?
Thanks,
Chris.
