Grape-1 setup not booting

I have an old grape-1 setup that stopped booting up some time ago. The external drive device failed and a number of months ago I replaced that drive caddy but it is still not booting. I was running is headless and getting a monitor on it is a bit of a challenge but I think that is the next step.
This is a full setup that was supplied by HamSci.

But I do have a few questions and I either do not know or do not recall the answers.

The old group email list I was on seems to have gone a way or maybe replaced by this one.

- Should I be trying to setup the old grape -1 setup or is there some other system now to replace it?
- Can I still get an image for the Grape-1 raspberry pi if I need it? If so, where?
- Any other tips or help in what I need to rebuild this system to contribute to the project - if it is still needed.

I do have Linux admin skills - that used to be my day job - so I do know my way around.

This appears to be George's last complete upload (Grape 1 DRF) on the U of A server.  (There was a 2 hour upload on the following day, then no further records there).

I don't recall if the G1-DRF's were uploading to the WWV server or U of A server when they were deployed back in 2023.
