That's the defining difference with the LF, over the period since the first gathering of dark clouds as indicated by the outcome of the Panchayat polls in 2008 followed by a loud warning bell in 2009 and then the eventual rout in 2011.
Even in 2021, the LF virtually inaugurated its poll campaign with a notional ground breaking ceremony in Singur to symbolise initiation of some imaginary industrial project.
In 2016, the candidate campaigned in a Nano car - already obsolete by then.
Can one just believe that even after this complete washout, the cadres are ridiculing the free ration for the poor as "alms"!

And the adherents wonder why people don't vote for them!
It's their birthright!

<<...She suffered a rude shock in 2019, but she took it seriously. I remember I had just lost my father when she approached me. I told her the family is bereaved, I will take some time but she was anxious and restless. She was calling me with a sense of urgency, telling me, “Jaldi aao, jaldi aao."

She knew she had to make urgent amends, that is how a genuine political leader responds. She wanted to fight. She is what defines the difference between a serious fighter and someone like Rahul Gandhi. She does not make excuses, she looks for how best she can stay in the game. The BJP entirely missed out on how we responded after 2019, through various and extensive programmes of public outreach, through sustained campaigning and delivery, through consistently staying on the ground among the people.>>

The underlying issue, I had dealt with earlier, on March 10, while tackling Sajjan Kumar's "scholarly" (nonsensical - in rear view mirror) claims predicting easy and massive win for the BJP: <https://groups.google.com/g/greenyouth/c/Qyz2a1tMp8Q/m/sgxG9y68AAAJ>.
