23 Grapevine Road - Board approval request

Good evening,

We’re submitting a request for approval by the board.

From the image below, we’re hoping to be permitted to extend the side yard driveway to allow for a third car to be parked in the driveway. This would be similar to already approved / installed driveways at 19 Grapevine (for reference).

We have been told, if approved, this work could begin on or around May 1.

Thank you in advance and we would be happy to provide any further information the board may need to review this request.

Thanks for reaching out, Keith. 

Unfortunately, that’s the only set I received from Champion paving, as they wrote up a proposal for the Herod’s and, essentially, came over and verbally told me they’d do the same for our house. So, I don’t have a proposal specific for our home. 

If that’s a problem, please let me know, but it would be the opposite layout given we’re on the opposite side of the street.
