Changes to the meeting schedule + no meeting today

Hello everyone,

I sent the following email yesterday but it doesn't look like it got posted to the group. I'll look into this more, but in the meantime here's the original message:

There will be no meeting tomorrow due to the lack of items on the agenda. In addition, we're making some changes to the meetings: going forward, we'll have them on a need-to-sync basis. This means that we'll schedule them when a PR or an issue requires the stakeholders to meet and discuss the details. The time and date will be announced on this list for anyone interested to attend.

Our next sync will take place on Nov 27 at 11 am ET. We'll be discussing the planned work for Grafeas and the short-, mid-, and long-term plans for it. Looking forward to seeing you all then!

Both these emails went out just now because I was out of town and approved them late - sorry about any potential confusion. Aysylu now has the ability to send messages whenever she likes so it won't be an issue going forward.
