Remote control and UDP on GQRX start

Hello all

I french Ham I would like to force GQRX to start with UDP and Remote Control, where I can change it , I not found in default config

I am using RPI latest version running on PI2B (all is running well  if i set TCP and UDP manualy I make digital FT8 TRX)

In recent versions, remote control stays enabled across sessions once
you enable it, but there is currently no way within Gqrx to keep UDP
streaming enabled or to enable it over the remote control interface.

The config value for remote control is in the remote_control section:
...
[remote_control]
enabled=true
...

It's not in the config file if it's disabled, because default values are
not written to the config file.

This is a shame. Could really use that functionality.
