Feature Request: Loading HAR files

We can save network logs as har files, but then what do you do with them?

I'd argue that loading them into Chrome devtools on another machine is the right thing to do, which seems to be a missing feature.

You can actually drag-n-drop a HAR file to the Network panel. I guess we need to make it a bit easier to discover.

Oh, I didn't know about the drag n' drop feature.

I've always assumed that if a feature is not shown in a menu, it's not implemented.
