Hello,
how can I assign the “Archived User” license to all users of an OU in
the Fundamentals version of Google Workspace?
And: Is it also possible to automatically assign the archived license to
all users that I move there?
In the admin console I can't choose this for all users, see (german)
screenshot.

Do you even see the email only and archive licenses? We don't have them yet.

I am not positive about "Gmail only", but Archive will be a user state in Google. The same as suspended is a boolean field for users. There won't be a license to assign in the Admin console.

So what's the difference between archived and suspended users?

Suspended users will still count towards your your available fundamental licenses, but archived will not.

Two of the questions that I have and don't remember any answers to, can the archived user become active again or is that going to be the big difference between "Archived" and "Suspended" and with the Gmail only account, can it be changed into a full account or can a full account be turned into Gmail only account?
