Google web search AJAX API JavaScript error

i am using web search ajax api for search, but appear the following error

1. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot convert null to object default+zh_TW.I.js:485
1. google.(anonymous function).F.(anonymous function).dldefault+zh_TW.I.js:485
2. google.(anonymous function).A.(anonymous function).cvdefault+zh_TW.I.js:285
3. google.(anonymous function).A.(anonymous function).Abdefault+zh_TW.I.js:284
4. google.(anonymous function).F.qbdefault+zh_TW.I.js:475
5. (anonymous function)

You are the second person today to report an issue like this. I'm looking into it, but it's certainly not easy given the obfuscated nature of the code. Perhaps someone from Google will take notice.

I am at Google. I will find someone to troubleshoot the problem, however I can not make any guarantees that it will be fixed.

I will take this opportunity to remind people that this API has been deprecated since November 2010, and, per deprecation policy, could be turned down at any time.

You should definitely be investigating the Custom Search API as an alternative.

Seeing the same issue. Strange that I can see that the transaction completed, however I am getting this null 404 for the call. I had paused some development between November and today (1/4/2014).
