Hi,
The problem I am facing is I have an hosted feeds xml file on Intranet and that is not accessible to the Google.

Prerequisite for using Google Feed API is the feeds file should be accessible to Google.

Any work around or any other available library for this purpose?

The only workaround would be to build your own server-side script to fetch and parse the feed and then return it to the client in a JSONP manner. Or, if your feed is dynamically generated by a script, you could set it to respond to JSONP requests directly.
