Test add unit id is working but real add id is not working!

I show test AdMob banner add in my iOS app. My app was published 3 days ago. But real add is not show in my app since published date.
Please help me!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share the Ad unit Id with us to test it on our end as well? Please note that if this is a newly created Ad unit Id, it will take sometime to start serving the live Ads. Can you check with your Ad unit Id with our sample apps and see if you are able to load ads? Are you seeing any error code in the logs? 

Please use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately.

Thanks for sharing your Ad unit Id. I was not able to load the ads by testing with the Ad unit Ids from this account with our sample apps. Can you make sure to update the Billing and Payments details on your account? Once you update these details, please note that it might take few hours for the changes to reflect on your account. I'd suggest that you wait for few hours and try loading the ads again. If you continue to have an issue with this, do provide us the complete device logs and Charles proxy logs for us to take a look.
