I don't know if other people were aware of this, but I was following up
Sonia's work today and found this[1] after noticing that her repos have
been silent for a while.

For those of you who did not interact with Sonia, she was a very
thoughtful contributor (in both senses) and early participant in both
Go and Gonum development. She certainly helped me come to grips with
some of my early forays into numerical and graph work.

She also made fairly substantial contributions to the Rosetta Code
project and had an extensive Go implementation of the Meeus algorithms.

That's really sad to hear, thanks for alerting us. She was a huge contributor, especially in the early days of scientific programming with Go.
