Is there a list of keystrokes for goldwave with narrator or NVDA?

I don't know. I would like to figure it out.
I'm trying to get used to an up to date windows computer for the first time in four years with win 10 on it. I still am trying to sift through all the privacy settings, and not fully used to the laptop keyboard even though it is somewhat full size. I can't remember what I used to do before I knew about there being an applications key. I think I still have the muscle memory for jaws commands, and only partially am familiar with narrator. I for sure want to get back working on things in Goldwave though, soon as I'm up and running, and find my product key.
Right now I'm trying to download some files to practice with, via Produce like a Pro you tube channel. Audrey
